The Ultimate Workout Party!

The principle behind SALSACISE is simple: get fit, have fun.

That’s it.

No complicated moves to learn and you make it as high or low impact as you like.

Best of all, the music is so infectious that you barely even notice you’re exercising.

Add some Latin flavour and tropical zest into the mix and you've got Salsacise!

We fuse hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away.

The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms, and sculpt your body while burning fat.

Resistance training is thrown in tone your body and strengthen your core muscles.

Our goal is simple:

We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. Caloric-burning and body- energizing toning and sculpting.

Give it a go! It’s not a course, so you can join at any time. No time like the present ,  so what are you waiting for?

Drop in. £5 per session.

No need to pre-book. 55 mins.

It’s Salsacise Time !

For Spanish classes too!
